Pelosi has just corrected her second mistake before it could be made. Murtha went down in a blaze of glory. Now the Blue dogs have demanded Hastings the Impeached be removed from consideration for Chair of the House Intel Committee. Let's hope she lets Harmon take the post she earned. Does this make you happy? Why?

Here after believing the Demorats had no hope of ever recovering I am liking some of these new blue dog Dems ! So far they are holding true to the conservative values they touted in their campaign's. Very refreshing indeed !

It's because they're not afraid to shy away from their Party, a lesson that the Republicans should start learning. ;)

The "idiot liberals" got 6 years of pathetic tirades, the pathetic rightwingers aren't allowed a turn? Get used to it... :lol:

Does it make me happy? Yes it does. Why? Because it was the right thing to do. Hastings was dirty - has a perception of being dirty and blew it when he took the pay-off money from the mob. This actually raises the bar a little for the Dems. In a very small way they are backing up their words with actions. It's a good start.

All politicians are corrupt. The best we can hope for is the bloodbath of the last election will keep them "thinking right" for a few years.... :lol:

I was referring to the Michael Moore's and his ilk ... those are the real idiots, but you're right - idiot is such a broad term it could encompass a vast multitude. And oh yes, the amount of whining from the Right will rival but I expect, not surpass the whining coming from the Left these last 6 years. What would lead anyone to believe it would be less? Did I miss something big?

And Reagan who played see no evil when Hussein used chems on his own people in 1988.

Did Pelosi and Reid resign yet? It sure is quite a stumble coming out of the gate. Pelosi is 0-2 on appointments and the whining is coming from fellow Democrats as Republicans have nothing to do with determining Committee Chairmanships. When are you guys going to stop blaming the Right for your own party implosion. You are leading the Congress. Must be force of habit. :rofl:
