i am a professional petitioner. special interest groups pay me to get their initiatives, referendums, candatites, etc on the ballot. i am currently working in oregon on a number of ballot measures, including this one:
Creates Mandatory Minimum Prison Sentences For Certain Theft, Identity Theft, Forgery, Drug, And Burglary Crimes
i can't find the full text of the bill online, but basically it focuses on attacking the "production and delivery" of meth. the other things are hardly mentioned in the bill and are only added to sugercoat it. i guess it doesn't matter anymore sense i have decided to had for california and am leaving in a few hours. |
