GnuCash, but it's only available for Mac/Linux. |

jGnash - runs on any OS with Java.
Grisbi - has a Windows port. |

You will not be able to find anything pen source for taxes.
However, it is easy to find cheep or free budgeting software. However, if you want a direct feed from your bank account over the internet, then you need newer stuff. |

| Whenever you're looking for open source stuff, always check SourceForge first and then Freshmeat second. Then check Wikipedia, as they usually have a list of open-source software in any particular software genre. If you can't find it in any of those, chances are it doesn't exist. |
