I thought everyone in Canada was a socialist nut, so saying "Canada" was redundant.
That said, I agree with Enoch. Every major group of anything is hated by someone or some other group. Muslims are hated by a lot of people too, as are liberals, obviously. |

Not sure about Jews, but for christians I think there are a few reasons:
1) people see christians as flaunting things that can't be proven. This irritates some people (not sure why) and confuse others
2) people don't like what they can't understand
3) people see the many prominent christians slip up (sin) and enjoy seeing it, thinking (expecting) christians to be perfect and enjoying when they fall (same odd reason why they love to see celebrities fall)
4) people are tired of the christians that try to force their views/beliefs on them via the media
I am sure there are more reasons, these are the ones that immediately come to mind. |

I don't know anyone who "hates Christians and Jews", so it's a pretty nonsensical question to me.
I know people who hate being harassed on the street, but only some Christians do that, and they're not the only people who do it.
So, yeah, a better question would be, "Why do some Christians and Jews think that everyone hates Christians and Jews?" Probably it makes them feel special, for a start. Some Christians read, "Blessed are those persecuted in the name of righteousness" and think "Well, I'm righteous, so I must be persecuted in some way." |

| Let me tell you why the Christians and Jews are hated. Number one the southern baptists say that Gays Muslims etc will go to hell but they do not mention lazyness, drunkeness, adultery, the list goes on and on. What makes Christians saved is that Jesus purified us with his spirit and blood on the cross so when we haved sined we ask for forgiveness then thus we are forgiven as if we did not sin. The Jews are because they have always been hated that's why they are God's children. |

The only place I have ever seen Christians hated is in the US
Jew (historically) Have been hated cause often they were the money lenders. It suited the people who owed them money to start trouble so they wouldn't have to pay them back |
