What do you think?

Hughes is the most dominate fighter in UFC, but St. Pierre is looking like a greatly improved fighter, and looks like he's in great shape.

Ordinarily, I'd pick Hughes, but now I'm thinking St. Pierre has a 50/50 chance.

I won't be putting any money on this one.

On a somewhat related note, I just bought tickets to watch Mayhem choke out Frank Trig. :-D

I'm looking forward to this Saturday as much as any MMA event Ever. This is going to be amazing.

Hughes will have his hands full this time. Here stands before him a man that is up to the task. Peirre has the better standup. The Ground should be about even. I really have no idea on this one. I do not like Matt Hughes, and I'd love to see Peirre take it. However, unfortunately, I think Matt right now is unstoppable at 170. Somehow, Matt will get it again. Damn it.

Sylvia is going to knock out Monson. You guys better not take a bathroom break before that one, it might not last long. Sylvia KO Round 1.

Vera will beat Mir, then probably get his title shot. Mir is nothing compared to what he was. A prime Mir would have made it a serious match, probably taken it. Not this Mir.

I've been waiting for this Saturday for 4 weeks. It is the cornerstone of my weekend.

Hughes pwns Pierre is there really a question :)...Haha Jk I was actually trying to give TG a hard time...I think its going to be a good fight, but I do believe Hughes will win, through submission, arm bar, or my favorite the crucifix. Pierre does have a chance though and if he does win I'm quitting PCF, because TG will haunt me forever with pictures of Hughes losing :(.

Sylvia and Monson I'm actually looking forward to, because Sylvia is so lanky(I hope you spell it like that), and Monson so compact. The ground I have to give to Monson due to his size and strength, but on their feet Sylvia Pwns all.

Vera and Mir can they both lose? I don't like either or but I do think Vera will win, Mir looks like he's been out of the game for a decade or so.

Should be some good fights and hopefully as entertaining as the fights were the last time hughes fought.

P.S. Hughes pwns all and all those that doubt will again be proven wrong.

I refuse to pay to see this, so I'm counting on a blow by blow account from Grandmaster on Sat night.

ESPN doesn't even cover UFC, those bastards.

Why not? You can afford it ol' Moneybags!

However, if you really don't want to pay...I can send you the bittorrent link afterwards... :shifty:

I'll be at Hooters or my buddies watching it. Might be a little bit afterwards.

That's because mainstream doesn't see it as "legitimate sport" yet, for some stupid ass reason. They still think it is "human cockfighting." or something like that.

MMA is making headway though. Give it a few years, and the popularity will be undeniable. Advertising money is going to make it go mainstream.

Wow, but this card is steller, wouldn't you say! I'd say this is tied for possibly the best UFC card ever. Two main event title fights, plus Vera and Mir? How can you top that? Pride's had a card or two as good, possibly better, but this is a 10/10 card!

I never do pay per view. i let my friends buy it, then I come over and drink all their beer.

I've tried bittorrent, when i missed an episode of 24, and it took all night to download that thing.

If my local Hooters has it, I'll go.

And that would be gay.

The only fight I'm interested in is Hughes v. GSP.

It will be a good fight, they are pretty even in skill in my opinion. On a side note it was shocking to see Werdum dismantle Alex. That is twice that Alex's sambo let him down.

This UFC card is the most stacked card I have seen since the UFC 30's. It is good to see them throw a barn burner. Can't wait for Vera vs Mir. I believe a KO is in order.
