IMHO.
Isn't that exactly what the death penalty is: someone being killed without compassion? It's just a State employee doing it for money instead of someone off the street.

yeah there are parts of the book that make you go :? but by in large it's a good read.....ever read it? |

No, but I've seen this Lt Col Grossman talking on the TV. He basically said that playing computer games made you just as effective at killing as US Marine training, but without the self-displine to withold your homicidal urges. My first thought upon hearing those words was 'crackpot'......... |
