hmmm

i'll just describe the ones i remember.

so i woke up in the middle of the night and had to go to the bathroom. i waited, awake, for some time so my eyes would become adjusted to the dark, and i would be coherent when i tried walking through the halls. when i reached my bathroom, i opened the door, and there was a little girl in my bathroom. i don't have a little sister, there was no possible way for it to be light tricks either because there were no lights on. it wasn't some object in my bathroom because other then my toilet, nothing is white, and my toilet does not look like a little girl.

i was on the computer, and my dad was having band practice in the othe room adjacent to the computer room(whic is actually a large open space in my hallway. if you want i'll provide you with pictures). now, biengn ext to a band playing is incredibly loud. as my dad was playing, my bathroom door slammed shut. it was so loud that i heard it over my dads band. now, you might say the wind, but it was summer and there were no winds. secondly, there are no windows directly across from it able to slam it. the only one is my bed room window(About 30 feet away from the bathroom door if my door happens to be opened). and, the way the bathroom door is, if there was a breeze, it would have opened it, rather then close it. i asked my mother if she had used the bathroom, but she wasn't upstairs at all that day. it wasn't a ember of the band because they were practicing.

another time i was in the shower, and the bathroom door locked by itself.

while sitting at the computer, without warning it will feel like a hand touching my back. i own't be thinking about it, so it's not my imagination running wild.

another time while on the computer(no music was playing and i had the sound turned off) i heard a noise. i went "kelly?" because that's my sisters name, and i received a screamed "NOOOOOO!!!!" in response. it sounded lik ea little girl. thing is, no one was upstairs but me and there were no televisisons on.

i can provide more if you wish.

I see things that aren't there when I wake up in the middle of the night all the time. It's a form of parasomnia.

What did the little girl do?

You've got to be kidding me. Doors slam all the time, even when there's no wind. I've probably had that happen 20 times in my life, and never once did it occur to me that there were ghosts involved. But then, I wasn't already convinced I lived in a haunted house at the time, either...

I often think I feel a bug crawling on my leg but it's just a leg hair getting tickled.

Does anyone else feel this hand or just you? Do you ever feel it anywhere else on your body?

Last month my girlfriend was talking really loud by an open window in our apartment. She asked me a question loudly. Some punk outside on the street, as a joke, shouted an answer to her question. We both laughed and she lowered her voice from then on.

When I was 6 my friends and I were wandering around in the alley behind the back yards of our neighborhood. It was a confusing area and without realizing it, we wandered into a stranger's back yard. A little girl looked out the window at us and got freaked out and cried. We ran off. More often, kids like us did the same thing (wander onto property), but on purpose.

Dollars to donuts, a combination of the two is what happened to you that day.

But oh, it coulda also been ghosts. That's far more likely.

everyone that has ever entered my house has felt the same thing atleast once.

and considering your track record for trolling i'm going to assume the last part of your question is you being an ass.

no windows open. and i live in a small city. so no one was on the street. and the sound came from the back of my house, which leads to my backyard, and i'm positive it wasn't someone in my backyard. and considering the sound came from up stairs, not out side(yes, i can tell the difference. amazing isn't it?) i'm positive that your explination is irrelevent.

I ask because the story would be 100 times more believable if you could give more of a description. Or if you saw her long enough for her to do anything. Quote:

Thanks to you and this story I am even less open to the ideas of ghosts existing. Based on what you've said, every house I've ever lived in has been haunted.

So you left before you could confirm what you saw was actually there. Good job.

They're not impossible. The fact that they happened proved they're possible. Unless you think you imagined them.

I'm just curious why you gave up so quickly on the natural. I've had the same experiences as you have and I never once thought I'd experienced a ghost.

i just told you what she did which shows that i confirmed what she did.

explain them then.

because there isn't an explination for that happened?

if something falls off a shelf i don't go "ZOMG GHOSTS?!?!?!?!" i do actually take into consideration an explination.

Comrade, no offense, but I still don't believe you saw a ghost.

I believe you BELIEVE you did, but I don't buy it.

(For example, negative air pressure can close a window as you described it.)

What instrument does your dad play?

i know doors can slam like that, but the same factors were not present at the time. and the door was incredibly loud. i've heard steel doors slam from negative air pressure and it wasn't as loud as the wooden one in my house.

he plays the organ.

So ghosts can increase the volume in "our realm" now? i don't buy it.

Church organ or Rhodes (the Daddy of the Rock and Roll organ sound)?

no, but someone(yes i'm classifying it as a someone) can slam a door a hell of a lot harder then negative air pressure.

if you have a wooden door where you live, slam it literally as hard as you can. and i'm not exagerating, because i tried it afterwards.

and he plays a hammond b3. basically what was used in alot of classic rock songs.

I have heard a wood door slam hard, it can be quite a sound, but I don't see how it's a ghost.

The Hammond is a classic, I suppose the Mother of the Rock And Rool sound.

What kind of stuff does he play? (I play guitar)

considering the track record of my house and the factors at the time there honestly isn't another conclusion.

mostly music from the 70s. i don't know alot of the bands he plays though. they're not mainstream usually.

I played a lot of 60'5 and 70's for a while. I was a big Hendrix and Zeppelin fan. In fact, in highschool it all I listened to (while everyone else was listening to Wham... don't ask.. :-| .)

To defend him properly, I think he has other pieces of evidence, but honestly, if you look at each one, they are not very convincing (IMO).
So, i'd take the door out of the equation, and since it was probably an air-pressure thing, you can explain the "voices" (howling wind when somone opened the door downstairs(?))

Active imagination when those things occured could explain the rest.

Moog is the original synthesizer (i think), a keyboard instrument. Ask your Dad, he'll know.

it wasn't a whistle. it was a distinct response to a question i asked. there was no wind, i am positive of this.

explain the drum set in the band room that had a symbol bang for about a minute. i have no cats, so that's out of the question. wind can move a symbol, but it cannot bang it. there was nothing to fall on it, and if something had it wouldn't have lasted a minute. there was no one in the room at the time, all windows closed.

Explain that as air pressure or the wind.
