i doubt it.

and i'm waiting on this proof that it kills nerve endings in the head of your penis and makes you less sensitive.

Okay, you don't NEED your foreskin, but it performs a function. You don't NEED fingernails/toenails, and they could become ingrown. Better surgically remove all of them in childhood. Oh, and you don't NEED a nose, even though it's nice to smell things. That could get broken if you're not careful. Better cut that off.

Let's cut off everything on our bodies that isn't essential to our survival just because careless actions could cause them to become infected or broken.

The only people who get infections in their foreskin are grimey losers who cream themselves and don't wash it off from days and days. Even people who wash every few days are fine

Okay I thought that it might be mainly religious because I didn't think people were stupid enough to do it for the sake of being clean. Comrade, People who have been uncut, had sex, then cut (religion, not because of the clean aspect BTW) have said that the majority of their pleasure is gone. I don't have any links on this unfortunately. You'll probably say that I have no proof therefore I am lying but whatever.

Would I be allowed to tatoo a symbol on my child at birth if it were a religous culture of mine? I sincerely hope not. Speaking as someone with an orthodox Christian father who wanted me circumcised and a catholic mother who convinced him to let me do it if I wanted to when I was older, I'm wholly against forceably labelling your child for life as something he may not want to be.

Amazing...you are brilliant Comrade...calling every example a stupid hyperbole is just winning you argument after argument. I actually that the nose example was a really good one. Who wants to have to blow their nose? It takes too much time, lets cut it off. The people who are born that way will never accept that they're sense of smell is far worse than someone with a normal nose.

This is a personal choice for most a religous one for others.I had 2 kids circumsized.Never really thaught about why other than personal hygiene.Maybe I should have thought harder about it.But if the worst thing my kids have to say about their lives after they get older is I circumsized them I think I can live with that.

Parents have absolute legal standing for their dependents. If it is not illegal, then there are no problems with it.

That's the legal aspect of it.

Also, the ceramony of circumcision holds the same value as the ceremony of baptism.

That's the social aspect of it.

On top of that, circumcision is mandated by God upon the eleventh day of life, and is the symbol of the Abrahamic Covenant.

That's the religious aspect of it.

I am circumcised, and there are no problems with my penis.

That's the personal aspect of it.

taking out an eye, which would leave a huge hole in your face, would increase risk of infection, and cleaning it would be a hassel.

That's very good for you, I'm sure I could find some people who decide to spend their lives in bubbles away from the nasty germs who would agree with you.

Anyway, well done on being clean. Good for you. Now why not let others decide rather than trying to force your opinions on them in a permenant procedure?

Why not let people have a choice? What if they do not want to be Jewish or whatever religion the circumcision is for. What if they do want to be that religion but don't want a circumcision?

If they do thats fine, they can have it at a later date, and nobody is any worse off. So there is no benefit to corcing it at childbirth, none at all, when it can be done perfectly fine at an age where the child can have a choice on the matter.
