They claimed they found life on Mars!?!??!?!?!?!?!?!?!??!
No, they claimed they found EVIDENCE for life on Mars that existed at some point. They're not calling that evidence itself "life". (fossiles obviously are not alive).
Did he misrepresent the facts straw man?
