If you want.. (although I've already said this)...
Hizbollahs leaders should be investigated and if neccesary tried for war crimes following their conduct in the conflict between Hizbollah and the IDF. As Cluster Munitions were used I would be in favour of a full investigation as to who the suppliers were and how these weapons were supplied to an organisation intent on deploying them in an offensive manner in a way that put civilian lives unnecesarily at risk.
....also.....
Israels leaders should be investigated and if neccesary tried for war crimes following their conduct in the conflict between Hizbollah and the IDF. Like I say, I am happy to condemn Hizbollah for this. But it's strange you try and raise it as a point having so vehemently defended israels use of these weapons. |

Let me know when Hezbollah leaders will just show up to a war crimes court. If you recall the world didn't seem to pursue Saddam even after his many war crimes during Desert Storm and his gassing of his own people, etc.... |

From the rumours I've heard it's scheduled for the same time as when Olmert turns up and Satan ice skates to work. |

one question, how do you investigate hezbollah then put nasrallah on rital?
the answer you can't, and no one will try. |

nasrallah is a militant who wouldrefuse to go to a trial, and would do it without punishment. |

| Hezbollah terrorists should be brought to trial for the crimes they already committed in their slew of attacks across the planet that have killed hundreds of people. We whould enforce those arrest warrents and deliver the fugitives to Argentinian, Panamanian, Israeli, British, French, and American courts respectivly. It is utterly irrelivent when determining guilt as to what they did in this conflict as it would only be added crimes to their already numerously documented ones. |
