Wondered what posters thought of this - spin or something must substantial? I'd say this is a very positive thing - especially as it's new money - but doesn't address the much more substantial (and expensive) problem of equipment and manning. |

| Don't see anything wrong with a battle bonus. Logistical support is far more important though. |
