| for real, i tried everything that apple said to do. all that plug it in and press the button s**t, i tried some online third party programs, everything was pointing to my ipod's harddrive being fried. damn apple store employees. so i split the sucker open to check it out. i apparently forgot to put the hold button on because that sunbitch fired up and started working. amazing. all signs are pointing to that it is working fine and dandy. there is still hope to the legions of ipod owners that got f****d. |

| I don't trust Apple and their iPods; many people I know have had theirs crap out a little after their warranties ran out. |

Ive tried that, i think it has something to do with the new version of itunes.
It would start to sync songs tand then freeze. Thus corrupting my fragile iPod. So far I cant do anything to fix it, not even a full restore. |

| my ipod was broke before any new itunes. but it started working again so i decided to get the new 7.0.1 itunes. i download that and quicktime comes as a package so it gets all downloaded and i try to open up itunes and it says i need quicktime version something i apparently didn't get when i automatically downloaded itunes online. so i download the newer version of quicktime on its own and installed it, except i have a new version of quicktime so it doesn't install. so i give itunes another shot, it still didn't work because i didn't have the right quicktime. i ended up uninstalling the quicktime i had re-installed the quicktime i downloaded today. i-tunes finally opened. |

mine stopped working for a while. i somehow fixed it(i think it was a corrupted song file).
the one thing i can't stand is that when you turn your ipod off it drains battery power. so when you turn it back on yuou're lucky if you have ten minutes left to it. |
