P&S... Quote: You live in Australia, a country founded by my forefathers on the butchering and dispossession of the original inhabitants.

Is this the sort of PC crap they've been teaching you in Britain's 'multicultural' (ie anti-Anglo-Saxon) government-funded schools... ?

The only thing the British took from the aborigines was another 200 years of living the life of grub-eating savages before either the Indonesians or the Japanese would have settled here to give them nothing near like the cradle-to-grave taxpayer-funded life of workfree idleness which they now enjoy.

Uniquely amongst all the rest of Australia's multicultural and multi-racial population - the aborigines are not required to meet any tests for qualifying for the dole.

I've had ethnic immigrants from the Mediterranean countries telling me to my face that the worse mistake the British made was to not wipe out the aborigines 200-years ago so they wouldn't be the 'whiteman's burden' that they are today. I strongly disagree with this sentiment, but from purely a practical point of view I can see the reason for this opinion.

Whatever the British took from the aborigines 200-years ago by way of having settled in Australia has been repaid tenfold by the development of a modern civilisation for them to reap the benefits of just the same as do the rest of us.

This is a country where over 200 different immigrant ethnicities have come to profit from the toil, sweat and tears of 200-years of British development and enterprise in this largely barren continent.

It only needs that the indigenous natives stop crying 'victimhood!' - but instead get on with what the rest of us are doing which is working to give ourselves a high standard of living in a First World society.

Don't confuse people pointing out your blatant racism for political correctness. If people decide to live like savages in there own land, then that was there right. If you wanted toil and hard work, then you should have done it back in old Blighty. Immigration in the UK was done primarily on a invitational process. In Australia we came, we saw, we conquered and you know the rest of our little sordid history in that country.

Australia has racial integration problems because people like you exist and are so hostile to it. Be proud of who you are, and stop hiding behind your own version of P.C. Recognise what a racist is and embrace it. Don't be scared what other think of your views. Repeat after me, I am a racist" You see, what a weight off your shoulders that was.

Are you the new type of racist who does'nt hate Jews anymore, because they are so well organised, politically active and wealthy, from there own hard work? Or are they too successful and must be put back in there place? Do you like Asians from the Indian subcontinent. They are extremely hard working, clever and entrepreneurial. Do you like there contributions to Australia, or are they just a little too dark? If your views was'nt so tragic, I would pity you.

Who's been poisoning your mind with this distorted and highly jaundiced view of history?

A few British sailors under the likes of Captain Cook arrived in this barren continent which nobody to the north in the South East Asian region had thought was worth settling and colonising.

Today Australia is a thriving First World nation which attracts immigrants from all over the world because of its high living standards, its freedoms, its democracy, its civil rights, its British Common Law.

There are a dozen countries to the north of us which even in the 21st century are basket-case Third World societies in which poverty and disease and subsistence living is still the lot of the majority.

I'm damn proud of what the British did to open up this barren continent when nobody else could be bothered - and then 200-years later the living standard of the average person is what 70% of the world's population can only dream about.
