If someone introduces facts into a conversation, they can be challenged, and should be supported by the person who presented them.

I am simply critical of Israel & I see a clear distinction between a Nations Gov't, it's policies, it's actions & It's peoples.

but since you are so sure, please point out some specific examples of my anti-semitism, please.

take my word for it.

Perhaps I was mistaken, but I thought PCF was for debating issues, not for the purpose of trolling and flaming a poster.

GAZA CITY (AFP) - Assailants angry at
Pope Benedict XVI's comments on Islam targeted several churches across the Palestinian territories on the second day of attacks directed at the Christian church.

In Gaza City, a group calling itself the Islamic Organization of the Swords of Righteousness claimed responsibility for unleashing a volley of gunfire on the oldest church in the city.

"We carried out this shooting because of the pope's statement, and he must apologise," the caller, who refused to give his name, told AFP Saturday.

The attack came a day after a grenade exploded outside the same church and four days after the pope criticised connections between Islam and violence, particularly with regard to jihad, or "holy war".

In the West Bank town of Nablus, gunmen threw Molotov cocktails at four churches of different denominations, Palestinian security sources told AFP.

In one incident, gunmen opened fire inside an empty Catholic church after the building's entrance door was burnt down, the sources said.

No casualties or damage were reported in the incidents.

The Vatican issued a statement Saturday saying that the pope was "extremely sorry" for the offence his comments had caused.

Concerning the Churches, there are fanatics everywhere and these incidents, if indeed they were carried out by fanatics and not "suspicious elements" from Israel, can only be condemned as such.

Incidentally, the Pope's speech, which I read in its entirety, did more to attack Greek Orthodoxy than it ever did against Islam.....for what it's worth.

The words double standards and arrogant spring to mind!!

Maybe beacuse Muslims care about their religion?

but I agree churches had nothing to do with it.

If they care about their religion then why don't they do something to stop those who tarnish it through acts of violence and hate?

They care enough to terrorize, kill, and destroy non-Muslim culture?

Wow...I wish you guys didn't care SO MUCH!

but I agree churches were hit by more crazed pirates in dirty nightshirts with body odor because there isn't much to do other than having sex with goats or the odd female genital mutilation party to do on a Saturday night in Beardville Pakiland.
