I know who i should vote for, I know politics, I think I should vote, and im 14. I can't vote and I think I should be able to vote.


so because you want to vote, and you are in the minority for knowing politics(which because of this thread i am highly doubting) you think you should be able to vote? what about the majority of thirteen year old children who are stupid? what about them? will you entrust yoru country to them?

this idea would run america into the ground.

at my highschool,, there was a poll to see who students prefered. nader won by ahving something like 89% of the vote.

teenagers(until the legal age) should not be allowed to vote. the majority are stupid and uneducated in politics. politics doesn't affect them as their parents take care of them. they have no reason to care about taxes and other things of the like.

Only about a third of both populations would vote, but they have the right to vote. If you were to bann voting to the people who did not vote as much, the one third that did vote would be very angry.

teenagers don't get to vote until they're 18. they don't deserve to. it's not their right. they are unexperienced.

Politics affects government, and Government affects everybody from you and I to the laborer in China. The majority of the entire US population is un educated in politics and doesn't give a s**t about it. But the people who do should be allowed to participate.
