I don't think you could go off, for example, banning 20 people a day without the admins getting pissed.
Wasn't porn? By whose standards? Define pornography.
No, a person who was a MOD, surely couldn't do that.
They are held accountable.. but in that same vein - they were picked to be Mods for a reason and I'm assuming that the Admins pick people to Moderate whom they trust to varying degrees to make good judgment calls.
I would say you were free to disagree with a persons decision but the fact of the matter remains - they made a decision, you've made your opinion known, and their action stands.
More bitching and moaning on your part isn't going to change the outcome of that particular decision.. is it?
That is why I stated:

Final word. That's why it's called final.. because it won't be changing. |

I've banned that many people in a day. Red letter day for John Galt, and they all appluaded me.
Look, we explained it as much as we need to. You keep pestering us about how our rules are "unfair" or some such garbage and I will think that you don't accept our rules. And what does that mean? Well maybe John Galt could make it to 30 bans in a day. |

Such a simple concept. At least one would think so. And so easy to understand. At least one would think so. So I don't see a problem.
As for the porn. http://library.findlaw.com/2003/May/15/132747.html |

| What was done was done and was reviewed by the admins. It was upheld as a valid decision and is not open to debate. |
