Its a good thing she is going to the range. She needs to improve so next time the attacker gets hit in his center of mass(as in chest).Instead of being "shot in the elbow".
Good on ya Granny...keep practicing. |

Bad taste my friend ...real bad taste :td:
Why is it always bad taste to make a joke out of stephen hawking or christoper reed? I think its bloody hilarious.
First it is my opinion that people who make jokes about people who are crippled or handicapped show a serious lack of respect and human compassion. I said bad taste and I will stand by that. it is my hope that did not mean the statement you made. If you did then I have a very different opinion of you now. |

Looks to me like New York's permitting system didn't prevent her, a law abiding citizen, from getting a gun. However, the criminal did not have one...
How about that? :-D
(sorry, that opening was big enough to drive a truck through. Just couldn't pass it up... :) )
Just think, if everyone was absolutely scared sh*tless to commit any crime for fear of being shot, we could have a brilliant society, absolutely crime free.
More guns = less crime yea?.
So, it stands to reason that if the penalty for driving too fast was being shot, NOT MANY PEOPLE WOULD DO IT yea? Wow! What a flawless system of justice. If we shoot our thieves, they'd think twice before stealing. Whats the problem? Most of the gun-nuts on here love to see criminals dead yea?
Then all the government has to do is make protesting against them into a crime, limit free speech, and hey presto, the gun crowd have made tyranny the easiest thing ever.
But no, just like the militias, there are 'good criminals' (who hate the politicians and are prepared for armed resistance against gun control) and 'bad criminals' (who are broke and want to steal $20 to buy some whisky).
Bad criminals should be shot dead yea? Good criminals - well - Viva la revolution! Well thought through that one ...
I was going to take you apart here but I have thought better of it. I am going to allow people to see just what you are. I am not going to say it because there are ladies here and the words are not appropraite.
So, I guess I will not answer any of your childish remarks this time.
You sarcasm displayes what you really think and what you are. I do not think I need to say anything..
By the way more guns = less crime is pretty accurate. Take a look at DC vs Virginia and tell me the opposite if you can....Your little sidekick LL bowed out on that one so are you going to take up his cause by making yourself look silly? |

 Im not making fun of the fact that he is handicapted. I am making fun of the fact that he should have a fully automatic assault rifle. This is not offensive becuase I am not making fun of the fact tha he is crippled or cannot speak. Heck, I think that this guy is one of the most brilliant people still alive this century.
If I wanted to speak out against political correctness, I could have gone to the Society section. *sigh* |

| Okay, but to use Mr. Hawkings or Mr. reeves is still bad taste in any manner you can think of. You were not clear at all in the manner you chose. :-| |
