??? I can't find them.

I'm trying to figure out why the impeachment thread was locked. I was in the middle of a lengthy reply when it was locked.

it was locked because the thread starter did not offer up an opinion on the posted information.

without adding an opinion to begin the debate.. these threads are nothing more than news articles.... we can all go to CNN.com to get news.... we come here to debate and discuss.

Ah, ok. I was confused. That's a good policy. I know some other forums that have that policy. Still, a discussion did get going.

I've seen those little blurbs at the top of each sub topic. I think I was looking for some rules that didn't exist. I mistakenly thought it was the subject of the thread that was at issue.

FWIW, someone should consider a link for rules right on the home page.
