I'm against anyone having nuclear weapons. That means Isreal, Iran, and even us, too.

I said no, reason is non-proliferation.

That said, I believe Israel has the most well known non-declared nuclear program in the world.

Unlike Iran, however:

NO!, Israel is way to dangerous, i don't trust them, they are deceiving, etc...And the fact that they refuse to admit they have such weapon worries me and should worries everyone...

See now this confuses me. You wanted Iran to get nukes, but not Israel, why? How is one nation gaining nukes and not another a good thing?

Is it okay for Israel to have a nuclear reactor for peaceful purposes and not Iran? I don't want anyone to develop or proliferate nuclear weapons, however, nuclear technology is not limited to weapons production.

It would be great if the world were able to develop cheap, abundant, and safe forms of energy. I don't doubt that Iran wants to get there anymore than we do.

I don't think Israel should have them, because I feel that they will feel their backs are up against the wall much sooner then the US would feel, or the UK or any other country. This would accelerate their desire to use such weapons to quell any hostile actions against them.

Keep them to conventional weapons, I have no problem letting them attack and eliminate terrorist organizations that are bent on destroying them.

Im againts anyone of having nuclear weapons, but since i voted yes for Iran (because Israel already have them), is only fair. Many better than just a few. However, if Iran isn't allowed then, i change my vote to f***ing no.

Isreal never signed the NPT that would lead to IAEA inspection/verification. The reason is the Israel was ahead of the technology curve.

However, Iran DID sign the NPT, which DID allow them to send students abroad to receive relevant educations and allowed other countries [France and Germany] to sell them some basic nuclear energy equipment.

Of course, Iran is now failing to allow the inspections it agreed to, and has announced it has the equipment to make the enriched uranium it would need for a "nuclear weapon" - but that they are not doing so.

It's also believed it would take them about 10-15 years to do so.

Now you understand why Germany and France are getting very involved, and have offered an incentive program for Iran to have better tech but less control of it.

They just said no, but said they would like to talk some more.

So, does that sound like legit behavior to you, or a stalling tactic?

Israel does not need them (yet), even though they have them. If it all comes down to it and it a fight to survive and it involves an entire nation.... I would say to Israel NUKE THEM....

I don't like nukes but if you have and have to use it then do it.....

Iran on the other hand is led by a looney that is going to get his happy ass stomped some where along the line. That is almost as clear as the sun rise each morning.
If he gets it then it is going to become real dangerous real fast.

Personally don't want anyone to have them but hey that's my little opinion.

made the US and Soviets play nice during the cold-war, they make the Pakistanis and Indians play nice now.....personally I think israel and iran should have the bomb......MAD and all that.
