| I was talking to The Grandmaster tonight, and we thought it might be a good idea to implement a massive PM system for HQ Leaders & Co-Leaders. It wouldn't be very difficult to implement for the admins. Just a little code which shouldn't take all that long. Thoughts? |

| Actually it would take a lot of code.It would have to be built from scratch since it isn't available even for the admins. |

They don't have an extension for it at phpBB.com? I'll go check. They probably don't, but it's worth a look I think.
Having written ASP in the past, I believe you when you say it would take a lot of code. I have seen the simplist things in ASP, take an astonishing amount of code to pull off. When you're dealing with this s**t, and I've been there, their really is no such thing as 'easy.'

I disagree. I think low activity in the HQ is because it just doesn't occur to the members to visit. It's not that they don't care, or don't know it exists, I believe it's just that they know it has low activity, and don't think to check it. A solid reminder I think would make it occur to many members that it is not only there, but to post, leading to increased activity that would in turn serve to keep people interested. The PMs would only serve as the spark for a flame. |

Out of curiosity, which of the admins do or are working on the site? Are you making any modifications? Maybe I am rather ignorant, but I haven't seen anything ever change.
