I keep getting this message when trying to join the chatroom. Was my access denied?

Update your Java and give it permission.

| Try clearing your cache. In Internet Explorer, go to Tools -> Internet Options, click "Delete Files", check "Delete all offline content" and hit OK, then reload the chatroom and accept the certificate and see if it works. |
