True. However, generally when you hit a person with a car it's by accident. Planting this deer was intentional. It was their intent to disturb drivers on that road. Plus, the judge already ruled to send them to jail. We're arguing about the delay in the sentence not the sentence itself.

I don't think they put the deer in a school zone, I think it was on a country road or highway. There's a very large difference in speeds in those areas.

Plus some people actually care about animals and don't want one flying through their windshield.
