Author: Vlad Landres
Need on or by this Wednesday. Does anyone have one they are either willing to sell, loan or...?

Thanks, but already did that - Amazon said they had 5 left, I ordered one with 2-day shipping last Wed....they just notified me today that they might ship it by the 26th, which is too late - teaching a class on the 16th. I have contacted the publishers, everyone; all the other online sites selling it are either out, or just linking to Amazon. It's out of print, so I was hoping someone might have one at home. I even checked Ebay, UK booksellers... I think Amazon is out, too, and hunting for one to fill my order.

$7k 3-day teaching job on the line here for the city administration... |
