My mother in-law uses a program that allows her to mass downloads stuff on Ebay for her to sell. It's called TurboLister. Somehow my father in-law changed the password. Does anyone ahve a clue as to how I(and I mean the expect me to figure this out) can find out what the new password is with out losing all the data she has saved in Turbolister?

Nothing in there has worked for them or when I looked as well. (Did that amke sense) But thanks. :-D
