There's always a few in Canada, that belong in our Bible Belt, and are in love with GWB.

Excepting the above mentioned "Internet happy few", the remainder of the world dislikes him and thinks as little of him as the supporters of all the non-front running candidates of the apst Democratic Primary.

They don't tend to come around to much though. The Conservative and religious stench of the folks in the U.S. on lots of Web Sites is more than they can tolerate.

There's a little game in form of a dialogue over here:
A: Imagine there's a flood.
B: Yes.
A: Imagine you see a car floating in the water that is slowly sinking.
B: Yes.
A: Imagine there's someone in the car. Would you help the person?
B: Yes of course.
A: It's a dangerous situation, you could get killed.
B: So? I'd still at least try to help.
A: Imagine the person in the car is George Walker Bush.
B: ... *puzzled look*...

From my experience, the answers were mostly "no" and "dunno", no matter if they described themselves as lefties or conservatives. All the other answers were "I'd try to put some holes in that car."
Does that answer your question?

In Britain, the perception is generally that Bush is warmongering, arrogant and stupid. And that Tony Blair bends over for his every whim......

I think Red showed an animation illustrating that belief once, which took it's inspiration from the film 'Deliverance'...........

I would worry if everyone liked him.

It just means he stands up for something.

For a man who argueably has the most important job in the world, I think that he is doing an acceptable job. Sure, some of the things that he has done are controversal but it comes with the territory. I put this to you,
I would like Bush to stay in until someone comes up with an alternative candidate that is more acceptable. Sadly I do not believe Kerry is the answer.

 wow,he isn't a bad guy, at least from the viewpoint of a Chinese,I think he would be next President of US again .

we like the leaders who they have shortcoming, if the leader is a great guy, for once he make a mistake , it must be a great mistake ,nobody can stop it.

George Bush will be more skillful and smart in next 4 years.just maybe he know what he lost in this 4 years.

Well the most widely held belief in Canada is that Bush Jr is a moron who stole the election from Gore, instituted stupid illegal tariffs, and then waged an unjust war, the reasons for which turned out to be all a lie

George W. is in no doubt seen by much of the world as what he is: A puppet of a leader, that is as corrupt as the system that appointed him(note not elected). with many Americans seen by the world as close minded, ignorant and red neck having a leader like George W. just confirms the held opinion. His Warmongering and deceit of the international community only helps to lower the US's image with many nations.

I look at George W Bush and think 'My God, America seriously need to vote him out', then I look at the alternative, John Kerry, and think 'My God, America seriously needs to keep Bush in'.

I don't think Bush is a moron. I actually think he's extremely clever, he's got people thinking that whenever he makes a mistake, and it's got to be said, he makes quite alot, that its just lack of intelligence on his part when it's really part of a plan to line his own pockets, or dreamed up by that scheming bastard Karl Rove. I dont think Bush is as bad as he's always made out, nothing like as good as Clinton was of course, but until you American have the sense to give John McCain a proper chance, Bush is the lesser of two evils.

we'll see who is the lesser of two evils. All we know is bush is evil. We have yet to see what kerry can do. Clinton was a little evil too he just hid it well with charm and proper sentences. Let's be honest politicians aren't known for their kindness
