I read some articles which repot that BT and emule were baned in US,it that true?

They are not banned, you can have them, but downloading music from them is still considered illegal.

Transfering anything legal, obviously isn't illegal in the United States. eMule and BT are just forms of transportation of files. BT is best for large swarms of peers, while eMule is a form of direct connection. Personally, I haven't gone back since I discovered BT because of how powerful it is.

Downloading movies which you don't own the rights to is illegal in the U.S. Same goes for music, applications, etc etc.
