The rest of the world should create borders for these feuding countries and set up a very strict, no attacking thy neighbor policy: create a Palestine State from whatever the Israelis are willing to give. Then, any Middle East country who first attacks another Middle East country should be "wiped of the face of the Earth" by the rest of the world. No, not like what the US is doing in Afganistan and Iraq, but a total wipe out, like nuclear winterizing that county into oblivion. Any country who should feel left out of pressing the button could borrow a nuke from the US.

Now that would solve the whole Middle East problems: world policing.
