Even blood tests would be administered. Currently the state is trying it out, paying the people they give "free" examinations to. And people wonder why the states need bail outs.

Your first link does not appear to have anything to do with the topic, as it is addressing the situation in Lebanon, not door-to-door medical examinations.

You want to see more waste financed with deficit spending, take a look around this site. All the grant money you could possibly want all funded by the federal government.

BTW if you download the entire PDF of the August 2005 catalog - about 2,400 pages of this type of crap.
