Well probably letting cats into the swimming pool here...
I'd get Charles Kenndy in have a good old knees up and when everyone is too bleary eyed...
introduce summary capital punishment,
in so doing, round up all the chavs, gass them and dump them in coal fire stations thus not needing nuclear power stations (renewable engery even)
place solar panels and wind turbines on every roof
burn all girl magazines, people's IQ might actually go up
make room 101 real and shove paul merton in first
get kirsty young to pose nakid as britania herself
make it law that only italians can make ice cream, non of that sodium benzoate crap
