Indeed. It is insult to everyone when Israel is described as the Holy Hand. It is a land IMHO of extreme depravity of morals. Israel desrve what's coming to them and I feel no sympathy for them.
What's coming to them?
Some sort of karma for the pain and suffering they have caused others through their imperialism. To think they sit back and let the military commit crimes in Palestine and then order the killing, capture or torture of many Palestinians or so called "militants" is truly evil. I propose economic and other forms of sanctions on Israel and a boycott of Israeli products.
Edit: Nico. No personal comments pse John

You've caused a lot of pain for your parents.
WTF? Do you have no sympathy whatsoever! You know jack**** about that and I haven't caused anything! I'm not the one refusing to speak. You nothing about it and you are dead wrong! In fact you have insulted me greatly. Very very greatly about something so personal. For the sake of the forum rules i'm not going to go on a personal tyrade against you but if this wasn't the forum and in real life well...........
Keep to the topic and stop launching personal attacks to which you are 100% wrong. If your goal is to upset others then you shouldn't be on this forum. Some Christian you are. |

I second your proposal. I suggest that you start implementing it immediately.
First, stop using your cellphone. Then, if you are a Windows XP user, you should switch back to Windows 3.1 or to Mac OS. You should also buy yourself a Mac, since the Intel chips were developed in Israel. Then, you should avoid using voice mail, yet another Israeli invention. If you use instand messaging, stop! Also Israeli idea.
Quote:
Israel, the 100th smallest country, with less than 1/1000th of the world's population, can lay claim to the following:
1. The cell phone was developed in Israel by Israelis working in the Israeli branch of Motorola, which has its largest development center in Israel.
2. Most of the Windows NT and XP operating systems were developed by Microsoft-Israel.
3. The Pentium MMX Chip technology was designed in Israel at Intel.
4. Both the Pentium-4 microprocessor and the Centrino processor were entirely designed, developed and produced in Israel. In fact, the Pentium
microprocessor in your computer was most likely made in Israel.
6. Voice mail technology was developed in Israel.
7. Both Microsoft and Cisco built their only R&D facilities outside the US in Israel.
8. The technology for the AOL Instant Messenger ICQ was developed in 1996 by four young Israelis.
Lastly, if you have any medical problems, I suggest you do some research about your treatment, since you may by chance be using Israeli stuff.
Quote: 30. Medicine... Israeli scientists developed the first fully computerized, no-radiation, diagnostic instrumentation for breast cancer.
31. An Israeli company developed a computerized system for ensuring proper administration of medications, thus removing human error from medical treatment. Every year in U. S. hospitals 7,000 patients die from treatment mistakes.
32. Israel's Given Imaging developed the first ingestible video camera, so small it fits inside a pill. Used to view the small intestine from the inside, the camera helps doctors diagnose cancer and digestive disorders.
33. Researchers in Israel developed a new device that directly helps the heart pump blood, an innovation with the potential to save lives among those with heart failure. The new device is synchronized with the heart's mechanical operations through a sophisticated system of sensors.

OK, except that all this technology is owned by U.S. corporations.
Just b/c U.S. corporations build in Israel doesn't mean that the technology belongs to the Israelis. Kinda like Mexicans farming in California, comprendre? It's just cheaper for these corporations to produce in Israel, so that's where they build.
The technology in question is obviously American. |

I don't care whether it is techincally American or not. What matters is that by using such technology, owned by such corporations, Darth directly and indirectly promotes investment in Israel, contributing his humble share to the evil Zionist war machine.
So unless he wants to come off as a complete hypocrite, he should forget about voice mail and his operating system.
How's the boycott going for you, Darth? |

I know.
That's what's so horrifically evil about the System that currently enslaves us. You cannot so much as buy a can of Coke w/o directly contributing to the rape, genocide and murder of (for instance) native Indians in Gautemala.
Israel is one of the worst offenders in this sense, as you have keenly pointed out.

It's not a matter of turning off a computer.
It's a matter of enforcing a boycott against Israel, so we can bring these high-paying tech jobs back home to America, where they belong. |

A lot of people I know use cracked versions of Windows XP, is that better?
Of course, then they're depriving the Gates fund of money which goes to starving children in Africa, so that's bad karma ... oh, darn this complicated world we live in! How I yearn for the good old days when my feudal lord was good and the other feudal lord was bad and you swung a sword for a few hours before taking a break for some ale.

This is a thread about Israel and the Middle East. Not about my f***ing parents. Plus if you were a man in the slightest I'd get a PM apology from you. I can get it back but I'm not making personal attacks. You are. I'm discussing Israel. You have no ground to stand on and for you to even call yourself to be a open-minded and "loving" Christian is laughable. |

Wrong, wrong and wrong again. Tehy are mostly American and European ideas unless you ahve any proof on your claims. Plus even if they were originally Israeli ideas you fail to notice that these services are American companies and not Israeli so buying these products and services are not benefiting Israel. Get that? American OWNED companies! So I can start the Israeli boycott. In fact I started participating in it long ago.

Former. Again. They are not OWNED by Israeli companies. Plus it is amazing how far you can get in the world when you get support from the Western countries and especially America. Without America's help you wouldn't have nearly the stuff you do and you'd been overcome and conquered by the Middlwe Eastern countries that don't like you.

Yes I am. Since they are not owned b y Israeli companies and my money isn't going into Israeli services I am perfectly fine with the boycott. That site you have is total garbage as well. Most of these ideas were not developed in Israel. And there is proof. Want me to show you this proof? I doubt Israel has the education and the means to even think of these inventions. |

Yes, I knew you would jump off your high horse rather quickly, as soon as your personal comfort was endangered. :rotf:
Proof? I gave you a website. I suppose I could interview people at Microsoft and Motorolla and get you notarized affidavits, or search for through more literature. But I really don't feel the need to, on your account, since the chance of you REALLY boycotting Israel is about nil.
Yeah, sure, you may boycott Israeli cheese. Good for you. I've been boycotting it for years myself, it takes like garbage.
Quote: Plus even if they were originally Israeli ideas you fail to notice that these services are American companies and not Israeli so buying these products and services are not benefiting Israel.
Yeah yeah, sweetie. Intel and Motorolla and Microsoft have gigantic investments in Israel, including R & D and production facilities, employing thousands of evil Zionists, and paying millions in corporate taxes to the Zionist war machine. If you think that the money you paid for your processor didn't substantially contribute to the Zionist dream, you are living in a fool's paradise.
PS. I also noticed that you didn't find my site credible. Here are some more sites for you:
Quote: About Intel Israel
1974
IDC – Intel's first design and development center outside the USA, was set up in Haifa.
1985
Fab 8 – Intel's first facility outside the USA for the manufacture of microprocessors and memory began operations in Har Hotzvim, Jerusalem.
1998
A development center in Jerusalem (formerly "Digital") was purchased and integrated into Intel Israel.
1999
Fab 18, the new plant in Lachish-Kiryat-Gat, began manufacturing processors using 0.18 micron technology.
Intel International acquired two companies operating in Israel: DSPC and Dialogic Israel.
Intel Petach Tikva (formerly DSPC): A development center leader in developing future chips for the cellular market
2001
A processor development center was established in Yakum Intel Israel's exports in 2001 were $1.756 billion – about $4.8 million a day
2003
Intel Israel is a leading exporter in Israel. In March of 2003 Intel Corporation launched its Intel® Centrino® Mobile Technology whose key design and development took place in Intel Israel's Design Centers.
2004
Intel Israel celebrates 30th anniversary.

And from an Boycott Israel site:
Quote: Intel are one of the biggest supporters of Israel. Their very first development centre outside the US was opened in Haifa in 1974. Since then they have continued pouring investment in to Israel.[2] By year 2000 they employ over 4000 israelis. Exports from their Lachish-Qiryat Gat plant in israel (opened feb 99) total $ 3 million a day at peak capacity - approximately $ 1 billion a year. [1]
Al-Awda (Palestine Right to Return Coalition) have pointed out that the Intel plant at"Qiryat Gat" is built on land Israel confiscated from the Palestinian villages of Iraq al Manshiya. Iraq al Manshiya was a village of 2000 people living in 300 houses with two mosques and one school. The original Palestinian inhabitants were terrorised out of the village and then the whole village was razed to the ground to prepare the way for the new israeli settlement of Qiryat Gat. Today the remaining population from Iraq al Manshiya is still not allowed to return.[4][5][6]. Legal action against Intel for building on looted land is being considered [7].
http://www.inminds.co.uk/boycott-intel.html
And then there is Microsoft. Oh, Microsoft. They don't even hide their support for the IDF. In fact, they blatantly advertise it. On gigantic billboards in Israel.
Here is what your friends at Boycott Israel had to say about it, in a letter to Bill Gates:
Quote:
To
Mr. Bill Gates
Chairman and Chief Software Architect
c/o Microsoft
Dear Sir
Two days ago, Israelis travelling on the main highways in the Tel-Aviv area were treated to enormous billboards bearing the Microsoft logo under the text "From the depth of our heart - thanks to The Israeli Defence Forces" on the background of the Israeli national flag.
"From the depth of our heart - thanks to The Israeli Defence Forces" - Microsoft
Microsoft is a major worldwide and world-famous corporation, whose activities overstep national boundaries and which is committed to promote global community, increasing trade, and stronger economic relationships and cultural interaction; which takes pride in promoting extensive community activities of various kinds, and declares on its website "We're serious about making the world a better place"; and which maintains offices and conducts active sales campaigns in Israel as well as at Egypt, Morocco, Dubai, Indonesia, Malaysia and other Arab and Islamic countires.
In view of the above, better could have been expected of Microsoft than disseminating crude nationalistic and militaristic propaganda at the Israeli population centers, and effectively lend its public support to the destructive war recently launched by the Sharon Government - a war sharply censured by the international community and controversial among the citizens of Israel itself. We urge you to take care that this activity is terminated forthwith, and that the estimated tens of thousands of dollars invested in the abovementioned billboards be used instead to activities aimed at stopping the bloodshed and promotoing and equitable Israeli-Palestinian peace.
Sincerely Yours
Adam Keller, Spokesperson

So, Darth, if you want to pretend that you are REALLY boycotting Israel when you don't buy their cheese...you make me laugh. You crack me up. If you want to boycott Israel, you better throw out that PC (and anything else that uses intel chips) and stop using Microsoft products.
I highly doubt you would do that. After all, it is very hard for some people to let their morality interfere with their comfort. You are one of those people.
You have yourself a good intel weekend, bud. :hi: |

Yes, I knew you would jump off your high horse rather quickly, as soon as your personal comfort was endangered. :rotf:
There is no high horse since I was right to begin with.
Quote: Proof? I gave you a website. I suppose I could interview people at Microsoft and Motorolla and get you notarized affidavits, or search for through more literature. But I really don't feel the need to, on your account, since the chance of you REALLY boycotting Israel is about nil.
I allready boycott Israelli products since Intel may have offices yes in Israel and a few business relations but they are not owned by Israel. A person who was Israel yet benefits the american economy is not the same as a person in Israel affecting the Israeli economy. Logic my friend. Get aquainted.
Quote: Quote: Plus even if they were originally Israeli ideas you fail to notice that these services are American companies and not Israeli so buying these products and services are not benefiting Israel.
Investments is not the same as a Israeli product. Plus I don't ever use Motorola ever anyway. Never have. Intel only rarely.
Quote: PS. I also noticed that you didn't find my site credible. Here are some more sites for you:

I'll take a look.
Quote: And from an Boycott Israel site:

Sometimes for certain products you cannot help buying producrts from those that actively feed the carnage and death Israel cause when you need them. The key is restraint and the boycott is still ongoing. And even from these links I don't see what Israel have to offer these companies at all. In fact they are just doing this to support a link between the west and Israel and that is disguisting. |

Awww....sometimes....certain....can't....help....when...need.
Translation: I will only boycott Israeli cheese, because that does not cause me any discomfort. If boycotting Israel will cause me discomfort, there goes my boycott.

I know. It's been going for quite a while. Keep it up. You are in good company.
Nazis force three Jewish businessmen to march down Bruehl Strasse, one of the main commercial streets in central Leipzig, carrying signs that read: "Don't buy from Jews; Shop in German businesses!"
Nazi storm troopers block the entrance to a Jewish-owned store in Berlin. Their signs read: "Germans, defend yourselves against the Jewish atrocity propaganda, buy only at German shops!" and "Germans, defend yourselves, buy only at German shops!"

Aha. You don't see? What happened? The risk of personal discomfort led to a case of sudden blindness? :rotf: |

| That simply isn't true. And since you're calling me a Nazi, our debate is over. |
