hei there ... im just conducting a survey to see if any agrees to have a "bill of rights" in the Australian Constitution?

They have one. It's called the 1689 Bill of Rights......

The Australian government is constitutionally descended from Britain and documents such as Magna Carta and the 1689 Bill of Rights still have legal significance in Oz......
