Hitler said he was Christian, but Christians say he wasn't because he was a bad man who killed people.
Osama Bin Laden says he is a Muslim, but Muslims say he isn't because he's a bad man who kills people.
How can some people say one of these statements with a straight face whilst denying the other?
Yeah, it's nonsense. People believe what they want. |

Isn't this entire argument based upon what one perceives of themselves regardless of the realities ?
A persons actions and conduct either affirms or disavows any relationship to a group.
A person of faith can only be identified with their particular religion if they adhere to the tenets of that faith.
What if I began claiming that I am a card carrying member of the Republican party yet,
continue to discuss matters in the same vain as I do now?
Should my ideas be construed as that of the Republican party?
Hell, the President of these United States lays claim to being a Christian yet, he also believes that treating human beings
in a degrading inhumane manner and torturing them is quite valid.
I'd like to know how that squares with the lessons found in Christianity.
All this talk is muckraking in an effort to denigrate Christians by affiliating them as a whole with the actions of a despicable human being. |

Well, because he said that he thought Christianity is a mental illness for one. |
