There is a lot of info out there that provides info on viruses. I read somewhere that a great majority come from Russia and China. I don't know if that's the truth or not.
I use AVG , Spybot, and Ad aware se and they seem to stop everything. All are free. |

youre suggesting their technology is more advanced... i dont think so... look:::::::::: the virus leads to a web site. it is no rocket science to find where the web site is hosted, who hosts it, etc. it is not difficult to do at all.
as for china i think they were the ones who are eliminating al this crap on the internet, but propaganda we hear about them is about how they prosecute political activists like us. ithink this is bs. |

Not gonna debate rytis. Hackers are pretty good and they are out there. Problem is I think that if they are in a foreign country there isn't much you can do. Technology being more advanced - maybe and maybe not . I'm no computer guru. But they are good at creating viruses and such.
Isaid rytis - I read that viruses are coming out of china and russia. I aslo said I did not know whether that was the truth or not.
You could ask some computer gurus what to do. The virus programs I use are pretty good and they work for me. I have not had a virus in my puter for over 3 years now. So they must work. i surf a lot. |

Why? Why should the government and not the companies run the internet?? I keep hearing net neutrality, but why do we want the internet to stay the way it is with all the new technology in the future? Why have a 1980's internet in 2030?? This seems retarded to me. The ISP's are currently trying to make a multi-lane internet with seperate lanes for HD content, videos, music, emergency systems like 911, hospitals, etc. This will speed up and unclog the internet which is great. There is no reason for the interent to remain a one lane clusterf#ck of traffic and there is definitely no reason for the government to halt this advancement. If they run the interent like the DMV I won't even want to be on anymore. |

Sorry, did you say you want the death penalty for people who send out viruses?
If I missunderstood, appologies. |

oh please...
Chances are, if spyware was planted on your computer, there was some sort of warning or something beforehand. If there was not, then yes, it was/should be illegal...but it's really not worth the time bitching about the government when it's so piss easy to avoid.
One quick link that will solve all your damn problems:
www.firefox.com
Or you can Google Spybot S&D
Also Google AVG.
Problem solved.
It's like calling the cops because a frail old woman is trying to break into your locked house with a banana  |

I disagree.
I think that person is looking to the future vs people who want net neutrality and keep the internet of the 1970's and 1980's going until infinity while the rest of technology moves on.
We need a new faster better internet, the gov't will run it like the DMV. No thanks.
Net Neutrality is lame. |
