First do you know the term "Dick-head"? Dick = penis. In other words, (and we've all been there guys, right?), when your lust overtakes you better judgement.

So Foley is a dick-head obviously. And Bill Clinton too - Monica Lewinsky etc.

But the subtler point is a criticism of Hillary Clinton.

She said that she was CERTAIN that her husband's security team would have taken the CIA briefing before 9/11 more seriously than Condi did.

She is certain that her husband is more serious? Yet that's the same husband who is a dick-head is known sometimes to be not at all serious, when there is so much to do.

No she's not accurately certain of anything. She is standing by her man - over trouser-gate AND over his actions which failed to reduce Al Qaeda before 9/11.

So we can't trust Hillary's words, her judgement. Whereas Condi is more reliable in what she says.

I've known Condi even (very politely of course) to correct President Bush, not that everyone notices, she IS a great diplomat.

Questions like "Islamo-fascist"? Bush used that but Condi is more careful not to alienate Muslims.

Anyhow, I have great confidence in the American people. They've done what it took to make Condi America's number 2 in international politics - and the world is a better place for that.

Now that we've seen what she can do - 2008 is time to make her number 1 - elect her as President. The world cannot to afford to miss this once in a lifetime opportunity for mankind. (OK she could stand in 2012 too, but you know what I mean)
