Yes.
My choice would have been to wipe out the bad guys and live another day...To me a son of god or a god should have been able to that without blinking a eye..
That's probably why you weren't chosen to be the Christ. ;)
question. if jesus were Gods only son, why would he send him to die?
...because of His love for you and me.
he sent his son to die because he loves us? why wouldnt he keep his son alive to continue to preach and continue to set us in the right spiritual direction?
Then He'd rather rule the world directly by Himself instead of sending anyone down, and all the miracles forfeit themselves automatically, as they are no longer meaningful in His direct presence. But the question is, is that all He wants for mankinds?
i never meant not send anyone down. i believe God has been sending spritual guidance through men with a very close relashinship with Him and i believe jesus is one of those people.
If so, Jesus needs to lie and to be from God at the same time. Doesn't sound good, does it.
lie? why?
Good, now we reach the consensus that Jesus didn't lie. All left is who He claimed He Himself is. So if He said "I AM", He must be.
the problems with christians is the misinterpret jesus's words and present it off as fact. and quit winking. it is driving me crazy. :arhhg:
Haha...you can point it out where the misinterpretation is then. While all I can say is, I based alot off my own experiences instead.
christians have misinterpreted alot of the bible. do you want me to point every one out for you because that would take a lot of time to write it all down but for you, i will show a few if you wish. |

I agree with you on that, but rather I'd like to see the relevance to the point currently discussing. |
