Because I've come to learn that a fairly and moderately applied censor improves the overall quality of a forum. I.E., go to ProtestWarrior.com or Anarchopedia or any forum that's virtually unmoderated, and you'll find that unmoderated forums are just a magnet for crazies.
However, come on... Why is s*cks filtered? I mean, s*cks. How old is the moderator that implemented this, to the point that he would smack his wrinkled lips, rattling his false teeth, with his bony legs stretch out of his rocking chair, and lift up his cane, to shout, "Dagnabbit, by Joe, I'm offended!"?
If you could find one case, just one case of a person being offended or being yelled at by their boss, for seeing the word, "suck," I will retract my statements here. In any case, if this will be upheld, I have suggestions for several more words and phrases which should be censored:
Swallows
Licks
Bites
Nibbles
Chews
Islamofascism
Feminazi
Zionist
What Really Happened <---with that same capitalization
Canada
Ann Coulter
Sublime (and everything that follows)
