Are we only allowed to discuss Religion per THE BIG THREE consensus?
Are these concepts the only valid discussion or are other avenues of Religious and Spiritual guidance afforded the same respect? |

Maybe you should elaborate. . . |

Well, I have a post in this section which has been locked without any violations being a contributing factor.
In fact, it seems the subject, (which is a highly debatable) hence beginning a thread to stimulate debate was closed due to someone not being agreeable with the concept.
Although the theme of the debate runs throughout all the Major religions and some minor ones as well, for some reason the thread was closed.
So, my question here is based upon that occurrence.
If a Spiritual or Religious question does not fall within the strict purview of the BIG 3 (or 5) then it is LOCKED so no further discussion can ensue?
PS ~ I did PM the MOD over 18 hours ago with no reply.

| To me it was a troll thread which just kept getting worse with no constructive debate. You can talk about whatever you want just don't expect everyone to believe you. The reason I didn't continue the debate with you on the verses you posted because you are reading them in a certain fashion to defend your opinion which I disagree with. Which is fine, but for me to debate the content would be utterly assinine, since you will seem them one way, and I will see them another. Get my point? I'm not going to debate worthless matters.... |

What are WORTHWHILE matters in your opinion?
And, pardon me for saying but, you are one individual and it is your choice whether you participate or not.
I'm left wondering why the thread was closed to debate by the other 9472 registered users ? |

| Hmm... Well I tend to stay out of debate on different religions because they believe it as much as I believe mine. See what I mean? The only worthwhile things for me would be, for you to claim that this is the true form of Christianity or something dealing with Christianity. |

| It was closed (I bet) due to trolling and the topic wasn't even being discussed not because a very limited number of people have your beliefs . |

| I'm sure it was locked because it was basically an advertisement for a cult group. |

Excuse me?
If there was trolling being done. it was not by me or having anything to do with the topic of the posts,
except for rude remarks such as this one.
So, I guess it could be said that two or three like-minded people sought to deride a topic until it was closed due
to their personal beliefs and not through a sincere debate on the merits of the subject matter, right?
It's so very easy to dismiss others when you know for a fact you've got the entire truth right there in your hand. |

If you tend to stay out of debates not dealing with your individual religious preferences,
then why did you elect to respond to my post?
WHY, after having opened the thread and not finding it something you wished to discuss,
did you proceed in commenting in a derogatory manner?
Or was that subject simply too much for your sensibilities and you acted OUT OF CHARACTER ? |

Or was that subject simply too much for your sensibilities and you acted OUT OF CHARACTER ? Derogatory manner, in what way? I stated the truth and my opinon none said in the manner you have addressed it. If you are that sensitive then I would find another forum people on this one have a little bit tougher skin.
Another thing I didn't debate it, I answered your question, and then respond to your post you addressed to me. So what are you talking about? |

If you click Religion section, you go to the main page of that section, where you can discuss about any religions.
If you want to discuss the "big five", you can go to the sub-forums of the related religion. |

I can understand having Islam and Christianity, but Judaism has 14 million members worldwide. It is by no means "bigger" than Hinduism, and numerous other religions. |

Judaism is the root form of the same religion espoused by Islam and Christianity, hence BIG 3 |
