YHWA/Jesus/God/Lord/Jehovah is a vicious being who is vengeful and brings about so much death and destruction. He demands human beings to obey his orders mindlessly by having faith in him. He has handed down laws through his religions. In a way, his religions have caused division, rejection of humanity, repression, polarization of society, death, destruction, and many other things. Could it be that God is the true demon? Satan is the God of human beings. He promotes reason and individualism and rejects collectivism and herd conformity.
In conclusion, the true Lord may be Satan.
An interesting point of view. We have all be trained to think good will always prevail (rather or not you believe in God, and in some case, in spite of). What if what we consider good is actually truly bad? What if the whole good vs. bad thing was the exact opposite? What if God and the devil are actually opposite: God being the bad guy that is hiding in sheep's clothing and the devil is actually work for us? What if evil had the upper hand at the beginning of creation, not good? Would we be smart enough to figure it out? Maybe that is why God didn't want Adam and Eve to eat of the tree of knowledge of good and evil. What if God has really pulled the wool over our eyes? Is it possible?
It would turn our world upside down and inside out in all directions for sure!
Maybe this comment is best left to the philosophy section? |
