I try to live by a principle which I developed over the course of my life. It reads:
Words, being my Weapon of choice, and Truth acting as my Shield
Every Religion on this planet is formulated through the use of Words.
No proof has ever been presented that those very words came from any other source but,
from within the mind of Man.
If you apply the phrase I present above to any of the various Religions that abound around this globe,
and separate out that which can be proven to contain truth from that which is pure conjecture,
I believe mankind would benefit greatly by applying those known truths and putting aside those philosophical notions
that can not be applied to our everyday live.
Let's start out with "In the beginning..."
The creation story in Genesis One has ten instances where the Bible says, “And God said.”
Anyone care to point out the nugget of Truth this all-important phrase contains? |

Said. A better translation would have stated a more fundamental truth, 'And God thought'... |

In our day and age the supposed paradigmn of "truth" is mearly a collection of opinions and gut reactions......it's personal, not subjective  |
