| I can save the lives of persons. It is a great thing, and those who oppose it have serious disregard for the suffering of born persons. |

Plodder can't fly.
A rock can't fly.
Therefore, Plodder is a rock.
THAT is sophistry, and that is the means of your argument.
Quote: if not whay did he not simply say adults? Because the other terminology is what is used in the US Constitution. Didn't you know? |

Just as you turn away from steen's "truth", stop being a hypocrite.
And what the heck is a "Pharisee"? |

Isn't it funny how God always tends to agree with the people who know exactly what he is thinking? Or is it just some coincidence that God happens to always agree with their agendas?
Wasn't that a Susan B. Anthony quote...? |

What about discarded umbilical cord blood from after a baby is born?
Seems rather promising. I read this article last week on cord blood stem cell research.
http://biz.yahoo.com/bw/060508/20060508005287.html?.v=1
It seems as though this circumvents the ethical arguement of using stem cells from an embryo.
And from my understanding, it seems as though it is more successful than what the embryonic research has given. |

Interesting, I never heard of that before. While I support stem cell research to the fullest, I'm sure even pro-life advocates can support research on umbilical cords, since they are merely discarded anyway. |
