Really? Where does the book of Revelation (as in the Revelation of Jesus Christ) mention the destruction of the Temple. Of course, Revelation isn't an epistle (you seem to be confused) and was in fact written after 70 AD, but please show me this "mention" that you claim exists. I’d love to see it.
Just read the thing. It's not a prophecy; it's reporting the 70 AD devastation after the fact for the purpose of giving the rest of scripture prophesaiacal legitimacy--AND it failed to prophesy the second devastation.
Fact remains that the Jerusalem of today has no resemblance to the Biblical one. Jews like to claim that they rebuilt the city after Rome, but history of record shows that it was Rome that rebuit it. TWICE. |

It took me all of five minutes to look that up. They've nothing to do with Paul.
Paul has agrapha, and Paul's agrapha, by definition, aren't those of Jesus. Try again.
Words have definitions. Or don't you and your "scholars" use reference material like encyclopedias or dictionaries?
Agrapha by definition are attributable to Jesus. |

| Yeah, like the definition of "semitic" is supposed to apply only to Jews. I hate to be the one to break it to ya, but your definition conflicts with the one used by Oxford scholars. Argue with them, not me. Until you get them to recant their definition (and they're the publishers of the Oxford English Dictionary) you're just going to have to put up with my more accurate use of the term. |

Please provide a link for the full definition, I listed all of the online sources I used for my definition all of which are identical. |

Then you rely on crap. The Internet is a big cesspool in which you can find anything, accurate or not. As to the definition of "agrapha", I already cited you a source. As to "semitic"...
Who's really semitic:
Accadians
Aramaeans
Himyaritians
Arabians
Hebrews
Phoenicians
=============================
Now, before some yayhoo pops up and points at the Hebrew entry and makes the stereotypical linguistic argument, I hasten to point out that Yiddish is NOT on this list. Not only that, but just learning speaking a language doesn't automatically put you into an ethnic group. Me speaking Spanish does not make me a Spaniard, either. |

Obviously nothing more than a troll.

I have read it. Please show me were it mentions the destruction of the Temple?
It doesn't. I doubt you have even ever read it.
This is the sole reason that the "Bible Answer Man" Hank Hanegraaff thinks that the book of Revelation was written before 70AD (Although I disagree with his conclusion).
Mr.Hanegraaff seems to fail to notice that the letters to the seven churches were all located in Asia Minor (now Turkey). This places the date around 90 AD. |

At least we agree on the date of the thing. And that date makes it a "prophecy" of that which already happened and failed to predict the second "end of the world" when it should have.
It doesn't have to mention a temple. The Number of the Beast is a dead giveaway: NERO. |

Have you read what it says....what it says about the Beast?
Revelation 17
8"The beast that you saw was, and is not, and is about to come up out of the abyss and go to destruction And those who dwell on the earth, whose name has not been written in the book of life from the foundation of the world, will wonder when they see the beast, that he was and is not and will come. |

Yeah. Saul/Paul said he was comin' any minute now and you can forget marrying up, it's that imminent.
Over 2000 years ago. You still holding your breath, pilgrim?
Quote: What I mean, brothers, is that the time is short. From now on those who have wives should live as if they had none; those who mourn, as if they did not; those who buy something, as if it were not theirs to keep; those who use the things of the world, as if not engrossed in them. For this world in its present form is passing away.

Life is short; live for the Kingdom of God were the true reality is.
Words to live by if you ask me. |

So--it's settled. Jesus' celebrated Second Coming comes each time a person dies.
Got it. |

Well, it will seem that way if you die before the Rapture happens. Kinda like sleeping and waking up eight hours later (it seems to happen instantly). But no, His second coming is an actual event that will happen in world history. |
