Does anyone know how to extract the MIDI compositions out of Emulator ROMs? I need to know how to do this for NES and SNES.

I'm not entirely sure you can, though you could probably just google the game name and "midi" and you will find it.

i think they are extracted as sound fonts using the extention sfv?

not sure. but you can. google up sound fonts
