Yeah they should, though I don't think I ever bother looking at post time. (Thats assuming America is on summer time now?)

This year, the US has its Daylight Saving Time starting at 2am on April 2nd. Since the server is located in Columbus, OH, it is on Eastern Standard Time, which does not move ahead until 2am on April 2nd...
