Well, I myself am not an expert and have not gotten around to read a lot of Islamic books. Preferrably, I'm thinking of reading Riyadh Al Saliheen over the summer, but I'm also interested in other books like Seerat El Nabawy and Al Rahiq El Makhtoum, both which relate the life of the Prophet Muhammad (pbuh). I usually never have the time to read Islamic books, though. However, I have read the Qur'an about 7 times already, but the next time I read it, I'm probably going to do so with commentary (sharh).

Well, thing is, I just read every now and then, and I draw from sources. However, I would like to read Ibn Hisham's series some day. I heard that it is more accurate than Ibn Ishaq, which is the version that many anti-Islamics abuse and use against the Prophet Muhammad (pbuh).

Do you happen to have a link to an Islamic historical archive that covers the life of the Prophet Muhammad?

AlRaheeq AlMakhtoum is a wonderful book... and so is Talbees Iblees...very interesting one

also you ought to read Qasus Alanbeya'a, AlO'qd AlFareed, and Almoustadrif

but I don't think that these books are translated to English or even available for those who don't speak Arabic

peace
