Do you think it's ethical to advertise sites that provide pre-written essays?
Why or why not? |

| Just as ethical as the 'Beacome a US citizen' ads. |

It is my wokring theory that there exist the ethics of power and the ethics of duty. What you can do and what you should do. In a way. |

Yes, but they are ethically clean. They merely allowed Google the use of their advertising space. It's ethics on Google's end now. Just like a gun salesman shouldn't be held responsible if someone later commiets a crime with a gun that was legally purchased. |

| It's only unethical if you a buy a paper. What kind of loser idiot would buy a paper off of the f#cking internet??.........and risk getting kicked out of class or school for plagarism. How would you know your going to get a quality paper? How do you know that same paper wasn't generated a billion times?? Instructors have websites to scan for these. Most instructors also get to know your style writing, anything way far off would send up a red flag. |

Guns are not an unethical product; they have ethical uses and are not manufactured primarily for unethical purposes.
However, it is not unethical to inadvertently advertise something, by leasing space to someone else who uses it for unethical purposes-- especially if you cannot control what those spaces are specifically used for and the majority of advertising content is ethical. |

What you can do [theoretically and actually] has nothing to do with what you ought to do from a ethical perspective. One is fact, the other is value.
sorry. |

sorry. Well after some thought, ethics is singular however when something like state regulation is involved there exist the question of justifying that. So whether you are right or wrong and whether someone else should stop you are differnet questions.
The "can" question is one of physical ability only. When enforceable laws are involved the question is not "can" but should there be a law.
I don't think you have the authority to say a certian ethics is fact. Ethics is not apart from value anyways, or rather, ethics is useless without value. |
