| Its pretty cool how you can automaticly mount and use your Gmail storage just like a hard drive. |

I thought it was neat when it first came out.
I was having trouble making it all work flawlessly. Sometimes it wouldn't write to the storage area.
Can they do this in windows? |

You get DaemonTools, http://www.daemon-tools.cc/dtcc/download.php?mode=ViewCategory&catid=5
It allows you to mount all kinds of CD/DVD images as virtual drives in windoze... |

On were? A virtual drive? A virtual drive is just a total copy of a disk that is used like the origional. Such as a game that needs the disk to run. Use a virtual drive of the game and you don't need the origional anymore.
But a Gmail drive is not actually on your computer. Its a part of a hard drive on the Gmail server that you set up to act just like a hard drive on your local computer.
A cheap way to get a few extra giga bites of storage. Or a nice place to put files that you want to access from anyplace in the world. At any time. From any computer. With a little planning you could even use it to trade very large files across the net. |

| Do you mean the virtual drives as in CD replacements? Or do you mean how to mount the Gmail drive? |

'Fraid I have no idea...my knowledge ends at Daemon Tools, and even then it is pretty sketchy.
Have you tried PMing Helena? |
