Oh I could care less about abortion in all seriousness, I just don't like knowing people that have them go unpunished.
And eye for an eye and all that jazz.. |

Alright, so I am going to assume that this thread is dead for the time being. Thanks grandmaster for explaining the situation to me.
No one is arguing over the original question anymore. Anyhow, it i felt it a very interesting (albeit fabricated) scenario. Actually, the most interesting parts of law happen in this off-shoot random cases like the one presented. |

That's right. It's the off-shoot cases that determine what is "constitutional" or not. Good laws meet high standards in all cases. |

Unfortunately, Corals scenario is so off shoot random, that he cant even come up with an organ that a pregnant woman could donate that would fit this scenario.
Dont get me wrong, Coral, but I would say that your understanding of the human body is more theoretical than physiological, at least it seems that way from the looks of this thread.
I'm not busting on you, though, I am just saying- you could try to be more realistic.. |

Although this particular post is a fabrication, the supreme court hears cases just like this. About cases that are difficult to understand and were not forseen by the original law makers.. These strange "gray" areas come up all the time. Althouth this one is a fabricated "gray" area, it is still an interesting though. |
