alsalam alikum all
i want to talk about the cartoons about mohammad pbuh..... i heard a man on the radio, allah knows he is, saying that its our, the muslims, fault that mohammad is being insulted! why?
because we didn't make it clear to the whole world that mohammad is not only the muslim's prophet, he is actually the prophet of every single being on this earth............i definitely agree with this man!
if you ask any non muslim about mohammad he or she will answer that mohammad is the prohet of islam and some might not know him at all!
if you even read anything about islam you will read that mohammad is the prophet of islam.
so this is the message i would like to say to all non-mulsims and hope that all muslims agree and support in:
"Mohammad-pbuh- is your prophet too. He is exactly like Jesus and Moses and Adam and Abrahim and John and David and the others...the only difference is that all the prophets were sent by allah (god) for specific people and groups, while mohammad was sent to everybody!"
if this was clear from the beginning then the danish magaizine wouldn't have published the cartoons because it would have been as offensive as making fun of jesus or moses.
i hope i am making a point here and everyone understood what i mean! |

Absolutely Muslima,
Mohammad (pbuh) is the prophet sent for the whole world, not only for Muslims. We welcome everyone realize it.
Because; from Adam to Jesus all the Prophets have told their followers about Mohammad -the last Prophet. |

I know what you mean, Muslima. It's the fault of the Muslims that the Islamic empire crumbled ans was not allowed to spread peacefully. They lived in interesting times, but now we have not made it clear to the world that Muhammad (PBUH) is a Prophet of all Mankind. |

| Nope. You folks BELIEVE he is the prophet of all mankind. A non-islamic person is not going to say "Mohammed is my prophet" because he is not a muslim. He is the prophet of Islam (The person that muslims believe is the prophet). |

Actually Jesus gets made fun of MORE then Mohammed. Frankly I'm suprised these cartoons are the things that piss people off. Obviously nobody in the Middle-East has ever seen South Park.
No offense to Muslism with this point but Mohammed is not my prophet. Jesus isn't my god either. For him to be my prophet I'd have to believe in his message. That wasn't a put-down to muslims or anything but my view on the matter. |

all your opinions are accepted
and for the people who said that mohammad and jesus were not their prophets then it is your problem, since you don't believe in any god
and for the people who refused to accept that mohammad is the prophet of all man kind...what ever you say the truth won't change.....MOHAMMAD IS THE PROPHET OF ALL MAN KIND FROM THE BEGINNING TILL THE DAY OF JUSTICE........as an advice think about the prophecies of mohammad and the prophicies of jesus....
you will see that mohammad completes jesus's prophecies and assures it......
muslims respect all prophets and they feel offended for any unrespect of any prophet.....as for south park believe me it is offending too! |

I ve seen South Park..Funny as hell :lol: At least they dont have doube standards.
As for the Prophet for all mankind there are two points I would like to point out. One the point of him being for everyone is to equate all Muslims under god.Arabs are no better than other Muslims just because the prophet was Arab...
The other is that Jesus was sent to his own people just as Moses was before that.After that their message spread.Our Prophet however was sent to everyone not only his own people(Quraish).They sent their message at the time of the Prophet to Arabs all over the peninsula and to Persian Kings and ROmans as well. |

The fact that I am not christian or muslim does NOT mean that I have
a problem. It sounds that like you have problems respecting people
who don't belive in god/allah. |

i am not having problems in respecting people......i respect many and i really do mean many nonmuslims.
and when i said "any god" i meant the prophecies of mohammad and jesus and the god they are trying to make people worship.
if you are jewish then we are speaking of the same god
if you are hindu or buddhi, well what i know is that you don't believe the god we do, i mean muslims, christians and jews.
i am sorry that i wasn't clear enough! |

Jesus gets made fun of, but not by the Muslims, because Jesus is important in Islam, I am not Muslim, so I wouldn't know how important is Jesus´s role is in Islam (the messenger?)...whereas the Danish, who´s queen is suffering from low IQ because of royal inbreed... :lol: have no respect whatsoever for religion. the press should have known few facts about Islam. Muhammad is never looked at in human form (correct?), and there you have the press printing his face on international newspapers...I fear that the queen is not the only one with the low IQ :roll:

I'm still not trying to offend but he can't be my prophet anymore then Jesus or Abraham or whoever. Why? Because I'm simply disinclined to believe in what they say. It's not an insult or anything but a personal choice I've made. He can't be a prophet to those who do not believe. |

shady.........well it is your personel opinion to believe or think that way, i can't force you or argue with you that you should say prophet mohammad is your prophet
all what i am trying to say is that since the beginning and in every islamic book even the holy quran mention that mohammad was sent to everybody till the day of judgement, you are not forced to believe that!
it is the muslims fault that they didn't make it so clear to the whole world and i think that more than half of the muslim population are not aware of that or it didn't even occur to them that non-muslims didn't and don't know that mohammad could be their prophet too!
i respect your desicion! |

The spread of Christianity did not take place during the Prophet Jesus's time.As you well know It was St.Paul who was successful in the spread of Christianity to non Jews. |
