Well, I do.
I never accused you of killing animals, I refer to the minority of christians who still go around killing black cats because they believe them to be "evil". They still exist, having beliefs much like those of early american puritans, who also liked to burn people alive.

And since this is already somewhat of a flamewar, I will not hold back my belief that christian history and christian culture is far more dangerous and bloody than that of ANY pagan, wiccan, or satanist.
I wouldn't be surprised if the vatican is still torturing people in their basement.

And I respect your opinion. Likewise, I find people to be fooling themselves if they follow Christianity.

Once my path of learning and teaching is over, then I will spend eternity with the God and Goddes (or the All). Please note that to Wiccans, the God and Goddess are NOT two seperate dieties. When I joined this forum I had no intention of antagonizing people, in any case that you believe i was antagonizing you personally, I was probably just expressing my opinion, few people like my opinions, so I really am not surprised that you are personally offended. But that personal offense is your problem, not mine.

EDIT: And I usually have no problem getting along with christians who get along with me. It's when they run around trying to proselytize is when I get offended.

So, Pagans aren't allowed to bring up Christianity, in a comparative sense? After all, with the exception of one sarcastic comment about Christians killing black cats, all references to Christianity were done in a comparative nature. Nothing trolling about that.

Afterall, wasn't it you who said that I was fooling myself by being a Witch? Seems rather like trolling, since you are in a Pagan forum. I would never dream of going in to a Christian forum and say that you were fooling yourself.

No, you couldn't. When I post in the Christianity subforum it's to discuss aspects of that religion, and debate the substance of its doctrines - not to imply that they're going to hell if they don't believe as I do.

We 'pagans' feel the same sense of 'ownership' over this subforum as Christians do for their subforum. That doesn't endow me with any authority and I haven't stated anything to the contrary.

What I said was that I would appeal to someone else's authority to remove you from our presence if you troll this forum. And be assured that if you persist, I will.

Of course you can bring it up. But don't bring it up and then get mad that it got brought up.

I believe that practicing witchcraft will lead to a lot of trouble, something that people who are not Christians but have run into it will tell you too.

There's a huge difference between disagreeing within the context of the debate and arguing with an entire group of people just because they're discussing a topic alien to your religious beliefs.

There was never a complaint that Christianity was brought up. It was a complaint that, in a PAGAN forum, people were in here insulting Pagans, as if they were surprised that Pagan topics were being discussed.

You believe the Craft to be trouble, fine. There is no point in arguing who is right and wrong on that one.
