What is your opinion of gays?

Gays don't bother me. In fact I have a few gay friends and if you met them you wouldn't think that they are gay. One of them is actually one tough mofo and he can kick anybody's ass. They are not girly or anything like what the media portrays gay people to be. They are just regular guys that like beer, sports and all that stuff but it just so happens that they are gay.

I used to work as a bouncer and a bartender at a bar and there were a few functions that were hosted by homosexual people and all I can say is that I made a s**t load of money in tips when I was bartending that night.

So, gays don't bother me.

They ain't no different than anyone else. I don't see why so many people are willing to waste so much time, money, and energy on hating them-- except for their own weakness and insecurity.

If I'm going to print up picket signs, start making Molotov cocktails in my basement, and buy a megaphone to rant about someone in public, I want an enemy, goddammit.

My opinions about homosexuals is probably the same opinion I have about heterosexuals.

Some I like, some I don't. It has nary a thing to do with anyone's sexual orientation.

This is a tough one. I've seen gay people who have been very nice. I've also seen gay people who are freaks and perverts. Gays are diverse like any other group of people.

I think the Op is doing exactly that. casting a net to find homophobia. Ask me my opinon of any homosexual I have ever known and it will be unique to the individual. My opinion on gay people? They are people who are attracted to the same sex....

My opinion on homosexuality?? Now we are at least attempting some form of dialogue here instead of just singling out someone who has a negative view and will be the recipeint of an E- gang tackle of political correctness. For those who participate in such rituals most often seen on MTV it does little else than stroke the ego's of the pc'er and give their pc cause meaning.

I could not even succesfully answer an opinion on homosexuality because it is to broad of a spectrum to give an answer for. Narrow the question down to a particular issue regarding homosexuality and I will give my opinion on it.

"Gay people" are all individuals. I don't personally dislike any gay people that I know, except for one, because he is a horrid person. My point is I have no opinion on "gays" as a group as they are each distinct and the question is as asinine as asking "what is your opinion on blacks" and then to add insult only giving what one would charactize as condescending answers for your multipole choice.

Criminal, absolutely.

But they should know. It's so friggin' awful when they don't, really.
And that offense occurs far, far too often in our society. What to do?
